Guide will take you to the Yu Garden area of Old Shanghai in the morning. After lunch you will go to the Bund area and take the electric train under the river to the Pearl of the Orient T. V. Tower for a grand view of Shanghai. Then you will visit the 1900’s Old Shanghai Museum in the lower level. The guide will then take you to the Jade Buddha Temple known for the largest Buddha in the World make from Jade. This evening you will attend the famous Shanghai Acrobats Show.

In the morning the guide will take you to the Shanghai National Museum. After lunch you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Guilin. In Guilin you will be met by the local guide and transferred to the hotel. After dinner you will be taken on a beautiful evening cruise on the city 5 lakes with beautiful lights and perhaps see the fishermen fishing with their birds.

Guide will take you to Daxu village which has not changed much in 100 years…perhaps visit a home workshop where you can see locals making a living. You will then visit the local market and have lunch. After lunch you will return to the city and visit the famous Reed Flute Cave named because orchestra concerts have been held in the Cavern at one time. Dinner on your own tonight. (B/L)

Guide will take you to the boat dock for your day cruise down the beautiful Li River to the town of Yangshuo. You will then be transferred to the hotel.

Guide will transfer you by car back to Guilin to the airport for your flight to Xian. In Xian you will be met by the local guide and transferred to the hotel. Lunch and dinner on your own.

Guide will take you to the Old Muslim Quarter in the morning and a visit to the Gao family mansion over 400 years old. Then to the Shaanxi Provincial Museum considered one of the best in China. After lunch the guide will take you to Xuexi Alley once the merchants quarters built in the years 618 to 907 and the start of the Silk Road. This evening you will attend the Tang Dynasty Dinner and Show. (B/L/D)

In the morning the guide will take you to the famous TerraCotta Warriors Museum site where you will see one of the strangest sites in China. After lunch you will be transferred to the train station for your train station for your train to Beijing. In Beijing you will be met by the local guide and transferred to the hotel in the central area near Wangfujing walking Mall. (B/L)

Guide will take you to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City in the morning. After lunch in the Hutongs you will take a Rickshaw ride through the Hutong old neighborhoods. Guide will take you to the last home of Madame Soong which has been left exactly as it was the day she died. (Example of Prerevolutionary mansions) Madame Soong was the 1^st. President of China’s wife. You will then be taken to the Palace of Prince Gong of the Qing Dynasty now a beautiful park. This evening you will have dinner at the Dazhaimen Restaurant of Family Bai which was the Garden home of Prince Li of the Qing Dynasty.

Guide will take you to the Great Wall at Mutianyu with the cable car included in both directions. On the way back to your hotel you will stop at the Lama Temple known for the 5 storey tall Buddha carved from one tree trunk. Many Lamas still are there and hopefully you will find them chanting. Dinner on your own.

Guide will take you out to the Summer Palace in the morning before lunch. After lunch you will be transferred to the airport for your international flight home.
