Frequently Asked Questions |
There are two reasons when you make the choice, one is time
while the other one is your money. If you don't have so much time, the
tours of Golden Triangle and Yangtze River are the best, which covers
the most interesting places in China and need only about 10-20 days. If
you choose Golden Triangle Tour, you can visit Beijing, Xian, and
Shanghai and only need ten days. Yangtze River Tour is very attractive
one because of the Three Gorges of Yangtze River, where you can
extremely relax yourself while enjoying the picturesque natural sights
and historical relics, and you will find it quite worthwhile. If you
prefer to spend more money on your tour, you can stay at the most deluxe
hotels (top five star hotel ) , otherwise you can choose four star or
three star hotels. Of course, you will not lose what you like, the same
travel services with high quality.
Yes, you can.
We will arrange one extra bed in your room for your child, and you'll
charge it as an extra bed instead of a single room. If you don't need
the extra bed, no extra charge.

April, May, September and October when the weather is the most
comfortable. However these are the peak tourist months at the highest

months for lower prices. Prices always drop a bit in the shoulder
season, which runs from November through March and From June through
August.

jackets that can be layered to suit a range of climates. |

Baggage
allowance differs from international and China domestic flights; and
varies between carriers. In general, transpacific flights allow two
pieces of check-in luggage per person. For China domestic flights, only
one piece of check-in luggage (no more than 44 pounds or 20 kg) is
allowed. One standard carry-on is allowed per person for both
international and China domestic flights. We recommend that you pack a
duffel bag in your suitcase to use as an additional piece of luggage for
your return flight home. If you do travel with more than one piece per
person, a fee may be imposed for extra piece of excessive weight. All
baggage should be locked while traveling
Airport
departure tax is now included in the ticket price. There is no need to
pay for it seperately.
No. You can use the
tap water to brush your teeth. We recommend that you drink only bottled
water or boiled water. Bottled water is available at hotels and local
stores.
When we
finish discussing the itinerary, a deposit of US$400 per person is
required in order to confirm all services in China. Final payment is due
45 days prior to international arrival in China. If you cancel your tour
prior to the scheduled tour arrival, a US$200 cancellation fee will be
charged.
It's better
not to do so because we issue the air, train, and cruise tickets and
hotels in advance. Sometimes it is very difficult to reserve the new
tickets and the hotels especially at the peak tour seasons. As far as we
know, the hotels have different stars and costs. If you gave a sudden
change of the schedule, we should rearrange your unfinished itinerary,
the loss of transportation and the hotel or the difference could happen.
All these occurred are your responsibility.
If it happened, we would revise the services for you according to your
requests, and do our best to retrieve a loss of the trip and reimburse
you; but if extra costs occur due to the itinerary revision, you should
cover the costs. Do not be nervous and worry about your trip in China.
We will pay great attention to your tour throughout. All of our
English-speaking guides and drivers are extremely friendly helpful and
considerable.
We are interested
in your comments regarding your trip, and would appreciate your taking a
few comments. This will help us continue to provide the finest service
to our clients.
