Deposit: A deposit of US$400 per person is required in order to confirm
all the service in China. Once we have had your China tour arranged in
good order, we will send you a service voucher with confirmed details.
Full payment: Final full payment is due 45 days prior to your
international arrival in China.
Payment Methods: No matter what payment methods you choose, you need to
add the processing fee to your amount.
Credit Card: Four kinds of credit cards are acceptable paying online,
Visa Card, Master Card, American Express Card, and JCB Card. Wire
Transfer: Please send a bank wire transfer in U.S. dollars to our
account. Western Union: We accept Western Union transfer with detailed
address.
Travelers Cheques: Travelers
Cheques payment is also acceptable while you are
traveling in China.
A cancellation fee of US$200 per person will be charged if you cancel
your tour 30-7 days prior to the scheduled tour arrival. 50% of your
tour full payment per person will be charged if you cancel your tour
6-1days prior to the scheduled tour arrival. No refund is available if
you cancel your tour after it has started running as scheduled.
Any alteration of itinerary can be made within your paid tour fee while
the transportation (flights, trains, or cruises) and hotels are
available. You are responsible for any additional charges due to the
price difference between the revised and the original itinerary. Success
China Tours is only responsible for any additional charges due to our
mistakes.
Before you travel to China, be sure that you have purchased your travel
insurance in your country which fully covers trip cancellation due to
the named unforeseen events, trip delay, lost baggage, medical
emergency, health expenses and others. China Life Tourist Accident &
Casualty Insurance is very limited.
