Responsibilities and Liabilities
Deposit, is required at The responsibilities of Success China Tours, as the tour operator or their agents are limited. Success China Tours which is located at #B-601, Fuzhuo Tower, No. 28 Xuanwumenwai Street, Beijing, China only as an agent for the passengers in all matters relating to travel arrangements and for the various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and the tours operate. i.e., airlines tickets, hotels, buses/Cars or any other services in connection with their tour. And as such, assumes no responsibility for any delay, change in schedule, loss, injury and damage to, or in respect to any persons or properties however caused or arising in connection with the services of any trains, vehicles, carriers, aircraft, motor or other conveyances or hotel which may used, whether wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers.
Success China Tours assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, war, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Success China Tours’ control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, green cards or other documents.
Success China Tours will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. In the event of flight delay or miss connection, it is the responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. Success China Tours takes no responsibility of any additional costs due to delay of meals during tours or miss connection of confirm flights, baggage delay or transit layover hotel accommodations. All additional costs will be solely the responsibility of the passenger and Success China Tours will not be liable.
The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on its procedures and shall not be the responsibility of Success China Tours and its affiliates will not be responsible for any person’s missing any part of the program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism for anytime during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour.
Payment Policy
Deposit, is required at the time of booking. When we have confirmed your bookings, a deposit of 10-50% ( depending on different destinations and hotels) or your total payment will be charged to your credit card within 1-3 days ( if you would like to pay by wire transfer, you will be required to wire the deposit to our account and fax us the bank receipt within 1-3 days). Balance is to be received at least 30 days before the customer's arrival.
Special For Yangtze River Cruise: For those who book Yangtze River Cruise, balance is expected at least 45 days before the starting date of the cruise. Cancellation policy will be different from regular tours as well.
Cancellation Policy
If Success China Tours do not receive agreed sum of money before your arrival, Success China Tours reserves the right not to provide the tour, transport and other related services proposed, without any obligation of payment for losses to the customer.
We reserve the right at any time to make changes or cancel bookings for reasons beyond our control. If any changes take place, the customer is entitled to a similar alternative program with similar and compatible services.
Luggage Allowance
Baggage allowance differs from international and China domestic flights; and varies between carriers. In general, transpacific flights allow two pieces of check-in luggage per person. For China domestic flights, only one piece of check-in luggage (no more than 44 pounds or 20 kg) is allowed. One standard carry-on is allowed per person for both international and China domestic flights. We recommend that you pack a duffel bag in your suitcase to use as an additional piece of luggage for your return flight home. If you do travel with more than one piece per person, a fee may be imposed for extra piece of excessive weight. All baggage should be locked while traveling.
Health Requirements
Clients should familiarize themselves with any health requirement applicable to areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for compliance with vaccination and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. For those traveling to Tibet, due to extreme high altitude, a doctor's certificate is requested stating that passenger is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal.
