Day 01 Arrive in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing. Arrival transfer to Prime Hotel Beijing for three nights.

Day 02 Beijing
Full day tour including a visit to the Back Lakes district to tour Beijing’s hutongs with a lunch at a local family, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven. Evening acrobatic performance. (B/L)

Day 03 Beijing
Full day excursion to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall and the Summer Palace. (B/L)

Day 04 Beijing – Xian
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Beijing to Xian. You will be met and transferred to the Sofitel Xian for one night. Full day tour of Xian including a visit to the Army of Terracotta Warriors, the Big Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, Old City Walls, and a visit to the Muslim quarter including the Great Mosque. Evening ‘Dumpling Banquet’ dinner. (B/D)

Day 05 Xian – Guilin
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Xian to Guilin. Arrival transfer to Longsheng including a visit to the Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces for a half day touring. And then you will be taken to the Guilin Sheraton for one night stay.

Day 06 Guilin – Yangshuo
Full day tour to Yangshuo including a cruise on the Li River with lunch, and the villages of surrounding area of Yangshuo. Evening performance of Impressions show of Liu Sanjie. You will be staying at the Paradise Resort. (B/L)

Day 07 Yangshuo – Guilin – Kunming
Morning half-day visit to Reed Flute Cave. Departure transfer to the airport for an afternoon flight from Guilin to Kunming. Upon your arrival, you will be met and transferred to the Grand Park Hotel for one night. (B)

Day 08 Kunming – Dali
The guide will take you for the morning flight from Kunming to Dali. Arrival met and transferred by the local guide to the Regent Dali for two nights. Afternoon half-day tour including the Old Town, a boat ride on Erhai Lake. (B)

Day 09 Dali
Travel by road for a morning half day excursion to Xizhou including the morning market and the Three Pagodas. Afternoon is free. (B)

Day 10 Dali – Lijiang
Depart Dali and travel by road (approximately 3-4 hours) to Lijiang. Arrival transfer to the Banyan Tree Lijiang for three nights. Evening performance of the Naxi orchestra. (B/L)

Day 11 Lijiang
Full day tour of Lijiang including Yuefeng Monastery, the Black Dragon Pool at the Jade Spring Park, Baisha Village and Longquan Village. (B)

Day 12 Lijiang
Morning half day tour to the surrounding area of Lijiang. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 13 Lijiang – Shanghai
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Lijiang to Shanghai. Arrival met and transferred to the Four Seasons Hotel for two nights. Afternoon half day tour in the city. Attend an evening performance of Acrobats. (B)

Day 14 Shanghai – Suzhou – Shanghai
You will be transferred to the railway station for a morning train from Shanghai to Suzhou, arrival met and transferred for a full day tour to Suzhou including the Humble Administrator’s Garden and the Lingering Garden, Lion Forest Garden and the Master of Nets Garden. Return to Shanghai by train. (B/L)

Day 15 Shanghai
Full day tour of Shanghai including the Children’s Palace, Shanghai Museum, and Zhujiajiao watertown. (B)

Day 16 Shanghai – Taiyuan – Pingyao
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Shanghai to Taiyuan. Arrival met and transferred to the Yun Jin Cheng Hotel in Pingyao for one night. Afternoon half day tour of Qiao Family Courtyard. (B)

Day 17 Pingyao – Datong
Full day tour of Pingyao including the city wall, Ming and Qing dynasty mansions and the Shuanglin Monasty. Departure transferred to the railway station for an overnight train from Pingyao to Datong. (B/L/D)

Day 18 Datong
The train arrives in the early morning. Morning arrival transfer to Hong An International Hotel Datong for one night. Full day tour of Datong and Yungang Buddhist Caves. (B)

Day 19 Datong – Beijing
Departure transfer to the train station for a morning train from Datong to Beijing. Arrival met and transferred to Prime Hotel Beijing for one night stay. (B)

Day 20 Depart Beijing
Departure transfer to the airport for your international flight home. End of your trip.
