Day 01 Arrive in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing. Arrival transfer to the Prime Hotel for five nights.

Day 02 Beijing
Full day tour of Beijing including Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Lama Temple and the Temple of Heaven. Evening Peking Duck dinner at Quanjude Restaurant. (B/D)

Day 03 Great Wall Excursion
Full day excursion to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. Attend an evening Peking Opera performance or Kungfu show. (B)

Day 04 Beijing
Full day tour of Beijing including Summer Palace and Dasanzhi Art District. (B)

Day 05 Beijing
Full day tour of Beijing including a hutong tour by pedi-cab, lunch with a local family, Panjiayuan Weekend Antique Market, or Liulichang shopping district. (B/L)

Day 06 Beijing – Guilin
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Beijing to Guilin. Arrival transfer to the Sheraton Guilin for one night. Afternoon tour of Guilin including Reed Flute Cave and an optional climb to Solitary Beauty Peak. (B)

Day 07 Guilin – Longsheng
You will be taken to Longsheng with touring en route including a walk up to the Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces. Transfer to the Pinan Hostel for one night. Afternoon trek with your guide. (B)

Day 08 Longsheng – Guilin
Morning hike around the local area. Departure transfer by road to Guilin (approximately 2.5 hours). Arrival transfer to the Sheraton Guilin for one night. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 09 Guilin – Yangshuo
You will be taken for Yangshuo including a cruise on the Li River with lunch onboard, visit to the village of Yangshuo, and bicycle ride around the village. Evening performance of Impressions of Sister Liu (Liusanjie). Stay at Paradise Resort Yangshuo for one night. (B/L)

Day 10 Guilin – Xian
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Guilin to Xian. Arrival transfer to the Sofitel Xian for a two nights stay. Half-hour bicycle ride on the famed Old City Walls. Evening dumpling banquet dinner. (B/D)

Day 11 Xian
Full day tour of Xian including the Army of Terracotta Warriors, Big Goose Pagoda, and the Muslim Quarter. (B)

Day 12 Xian – Dunhuang
Morning half day visit to Shaanxi Provincial Museum. Departure transfer to the airport for an afternoon flight from Xian to Dunhuang. Arrival transfer to the Grand Sun Hotel for two nights. (B)

Day 13 Dunhuang
Full day tour of Dunhuang including the Mogao Caves, and a tour of Singing Sand Mountain by camel. (B)

Day 14 Dunhuang – Jiayuguan
Departure transfer by road to Jiayuguan (approximately six hours) with touring en route at the Changma Buddhist caves and a drive through Anxi. Arrival transfer to the Great Wall Hotel for one night. (B)

Day 15 Jiayuguan – Turpan
Full day tour of Jiayuguan Fort, Overhanging Great Wall, Xincheng Wei Art Gallery, and Black Mountain. Departure transfer to the railway station for an overnight train (Soft Sleeper) from Jiayuguan to Turpan. (B)

Day 16 Arrive Turpan
Arrive in Turpan at early morning. Arrival transfer to Oasis Hotel for one night. Full day tour of Turpan including Imin Minaret at Suleiman Mosque, a visit to a vineyard, an excursion into the Flaming Mountains and the Caves of Bezeklik. (B)

Day 17 Turpan – Urumqi
Departure transfer to Urumqi (approximately two hours) with touring en route at the Lake of Heaven. Arrival transfer to the Sheraton Hotel for one night. (B)

Day 18 Urumqi – Kashgar
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Urumqi to Kashgar. Arrival transfer to the Se Man Hotel for two nights. Afternoon tour to Id Kah Mosque, Apak Hoja Mausoleum. (B)

Day 19 Kashgar
Full day tour of Kashgar and the Sunday Market. (B)

Day 20 Kashgar – Urumqi
Departure transfer to the airport for a morning flight from Kashgar to Urumqi Arrival transfer to the Sheraton Hotel for one night. Afternoon tour of the Urumqi Museum. (B)

Day 21 Urumqi – Chongqing

Day 22 Yangtze River Cruise
Full day tour of Chongqing including Luohan Temple, Wang Jiang Park, and the Old City. Transfer to the Victoria Cruise for three nights. (B)

Day 23 Yangtze River Cruise
Full day Yangtze River Cruise including a Wanxian shore excursion. (B/L/D)

Day 24 The Three Gorges
Full day Yangtze Cruise including the Three Gorges and a Shennong Stream shore excursion. (B/L/D)

Day 25 Yichang – Shanghai
Morning shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Project on the Yangtze River Cruise. Disembark cruise at Yichang pier at noon time. Departure transfer to the airport for the flight from Yichang to Shanghai. Arrival transfer to the Central Hotel for five nights. (B)

Day 26 Shanghai
Full day tour of Shanghai including Jimao Tower, the Shanghai Urban Planning Center, Bund architecture sights, Shanghai Art Museum,. (B)

Day 27 Shanghai – Suzhou – Shanghai
You will be taken for a morning train to Suzhou. One full day tour including the Suzhou Museum and ancient gardens and canal, silk factory and embroidery institute. Take a late afternoon train back to Shanghai, arrival transfer to your Central Hotel. (B)

Day 28 Shanghai – Zhujiajiao – Shanghai
Full day tour of Shanghai including the Children’s Palace, Shanghai Museum, and Zhujiajiao water town. Attend an Evening acrobat performance. (B)

Day 30 Shanghai – Lijiang
